Seth Justin Acquah is a seasoned Marketing Communications and Brand Strategy expert with over 15 years of experience shaping brands across Central and Western Africa. With a career spanning over 22 markets, he has led strategic, creative, and integrated campaign development for both multinational and indigenous brands, including emPLE Insurance Ghana, Barclays (now ABSA), Nescafé, Milo, MAGGI, Cerelac, NAN, Airtel, KFC, GIZ Ghana, Old Mutual, Bank of Africa, Star Assurance, SC Johnson, and DSTV, among many others.

Seth has held senior leadership roles in some of Africa’s leading agencies, notably serving as Senior Creative Lead at Ogilvy and Mather, Creative Director at FCBAdmedia and Group Creative Head at Publicis One, among several other agency leadership roles throughout his career. His work is marked by a blend of strategic depth and creative clarity, consistently delivering culturally relevant solutions that drive measurable growth for the brands he serves. He is known for his ability to translate insight into meaningful narratives and brand experiences that resonate authentically with diverse audiences.

As a creative entrepreneur, Seth is currently the Lead Partner at Think WhiteBoard Africa, a brand consultancy agency focused on brand development, brand alignment, brand activations and rebrand projects and breakTime Digital, a digital marketing firm also focused on building modern, human-centered brand and communication ecosystems. In addition to his industry leadership, he has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Pentecost University from 2019 to 2024, where he trained the next generation of marketing and communication professionals. He has mentored and nurtured dozens of young creatives and strategists across the continent.

Beyond his corporate and entrepreneurial achievements, Seth is deeply rooted in faith and leadership. He has served for over two decades in Joyful Way Incorporated, where he served in several leadership roles including the Deputy Music and Production Director. He is a committed member of Dominion Chapel International and continues to use his gift in music and ministry to impact lives across the world.

Seth is passionate about strategy, creativity, leadership development, and environments that encourage authentic expression. He believes in purposeful work, excellence with empathy, and building brands that stand for more than just market presence, brands that move culture.
